Our goal is to help you along your trail journey, we're excited to add a nutrition aspect with the help of Megan Andersen from Nutrisiously Naked. 

Megan is an accomplished trail runner and adventure racer. She has multiple podiums in both short courses (40km) and longer racers, including wins at the MacMac 50 Miler and Beast 100. 

Megan has a deep-seated passion for nutrition, coaching, baking, cooking, and sweet treats, Nutritiously Naked was created as a platform to be real about nutrition and lifestyle. 

In this short and informative talk, Megan will be talking about
