This program is aimed at the very beginner athlete, who wants to get in shape or back to shape, to take on the Harties Trail Experience. Here is some important info before we kick off. Consistency is key, instead, do more smaller sessions than one or two big sessions. This way you have obtainable goals that keep you motivated and prevent injuries from doing too much too soon. Take it slow, get done what is programmed for that day, only. If you feel any pain or niggles, rather stop and check in with a qualified physio or bio before continuing to train. No amount of 'fitness' is better than injury. Should you miss a day, Don't play catch up and do two days on one, continue with the programme.
